The front desk staff, led by Onkar, was first-rate. All the other staff were excellent too. The food and the room were both excellent.

The bedside reading lights were too dim to read by. The beds were a bit hard.

Staff was extremely helpful. Metro was on strike and hotel assisted us getting transportation to various locations. I had a problem with my plug converter and staff quickly helped and solved my prob...
